Meeting Minutes
June 16, 2016

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 by President Richard Heismann.

The minutes were read and a Treasurer’s Report was given.

It was noted that we have license testing scheduled on Saturday, June 25^th.

Dick let us know that NASHOBA is hosting a multi-club Field Day event in Germantown if anyone was interested in checking it out.

The Huntsville, AL Hamfest will be on Saturday, August 20^th. A few of us are planning to attend. We will meet at the old Radio Shack that morning if anyone would like to join us.

As part of our Back to Basics program, Joe Loucka gave a presentation on capacitors, explaining the different kinds and how they work. He passed out pieces of paper and foil and showed us how to make our own capacitor and when we were done, he measured them to show they worked.

Our next meeting will be on July 21^st with a presentation on resistors.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 pm.
